With the new year quickly approaching we are busy here in grade 5/6!

We have finished up our space unit and will be researching the lungs, heart and different parts of the human body in January. In math, student's have finished a statistics unit, where they worked on generating questions, collecting data and graphing it appropriately. Next term, they will be working on the multiplication of two digit numbers (grade 5) and the multiplication of decimals (grade 6).

For the past two weeks, students have been researching a holiday from around the world. They have created unique and interesting ways to present their information! The presentation will take place on Wednesday, December 20th. I can't wait to see what they have created! smiley

Wishing you and your family a happy holiday and a happy new year!
